Industrial Fabrics

For the last 40 years, SYNFAB studies the great use of these fabrics for various industries, the demand for Industrial fabrics in heavy industries often increases for manufacturing and processing units. Both synthetic as well as natural materials have been given importance for manufacturing industries. These are either woven, knitted, or used in various patterns along with woven textures.
Counting to almost many varieties of fabrics, there are Industrial textile/fabrics like cord fabrics, conveyor belting, belting, hose fabrics, press cloth, and filter cloth. In many other sectors, fabrics used in industrial are replaced by synthetic films as well. And that’s an excellent choice as the need arises.

INDUSTRIAL FABRIC : FILTER FABRIC

As an important factor of filter press, polyester filter cloth has been widely accepted by an increasing number of manufacturers and users of filter press for its strongest acid-resistance and excellent resistance against elevated temperature up to 302 °F

INDUSTRIAL FABRIC : SCRIM FABRIC

Woven polyester scrims are made from a continuous fibre and maintain open space to make it lighter in weight, which helps to provide this flexibility. The scrim itself is used as reinforcement in the creation of these composite fabrics, and this helps to ensure the strength.
Scrim is a product of advanced technology. A web-like product, scrim’s fibre is woven and chemically bonded. Scrim is superior to other fabrics because the fibre are not crimped by weaving, they can be joined at a greater variety of angles, and scrim can be produced at far greater speeds.

Application: Filter plant, Hose Pipe, Reinforced Fabric, Wind Mill.
