Aeronautical Fabrics
Aeronautical Fabrics
SYNFAB provides perfect Aeronautical Fabrics that are high-performance fabrics, distinctly superior in quality and design. Fabrics used in the Aeronautical industry have a higher capacity to take high pressure, the workings can be quite different from each other and therefore it is more useful because of their properties like strength, resistance to heat, chemicals, radiant, and for other special use. The importance of textile in this industry is for temperature resistance, safety, and minimizing the weight.
According to your requirements, these fabrics are always designed and developed for high tenacity, more heat, and UV stability. Now, these textiles can be totally customized as per the design, creativity, and innovations, and needs in the niche industry. All the fabrics are well produced and tested once they are ready for use.
Aeronautical fabrics come in different types of quality like aramid fabrics, carbon fabrics, and glass fabrics. They can be easily customized as per the need of the industry.
AERONAUTICAL FABRICS : AIR GLIDER
A hang glider consists of a wing, a frame, cables, and items to hold these parts in place. The wing, also known as the sail, is made from a strong, light plastic. Usually a polyester cloth is used. Polyesters are polymers—they are large molecules made by linking many small molecules together. The most common polyester for use in making hang gliders is polyethylene terephthalate, known by the trade name Dacron.

AERONAUTICAL FABRICS : HOT AIR BALOON
The Hot air Balloon are made of Woven fabric from two kinds of yarn, nylon and polyester. There are advantages and disadvantages to both. Nylon is lighter and stronger, but Polyester can withstand higher temperatures. The woven fabric is actually a mesh structure that allows air to pass through it. Most fabrics have a high tensile strength.
Application: Parasailing, Paragliding, Hot Air Balloon, Aeroplane Seat Cover
