Bio-Degradable
Call it sustainable or biodegradable fabrics, these are direct sources from nature, like that one of the natural fibres. Primary and exclusively high in manufacturing and supply they are cotton, wool, silk, and bamboo. They tend to be more sustainable than synthetic fabrics which include polyester, nylon, and acrylic. These are in great demand only for being the eco-friendly resources that can be recycled and used again.
These fabrics are extremely compatible and are used as a base material for covering, fencing, protective shield, applicable on walls around the greenhouse. Sectors in agriculture, horticulture, botanical science, few others are common users like hobbyists, collectors, and home gardeners.
The most excellent example at SYNFAB, the House of Textile is cotton fabric, it decomposes quickly when it is eventually used and worn out. Others that are available are hemp, cotton, silk, bamboo, abaca, some of the plastic-based fabrics include acrylic, nylon, fleece, polyester, and rayon which are listed as the least biodegradable fabrics available in the market today.
All these medical fabrics are used with nonwoven or woven yarns like Viscose rayon or Polyamide, Polyester, Cotton, Elastomeric yarns.
Medical fabrics are the most essential for personal hygiene and care. Initially cotton was the most used fabric for gowns and drapes, and looking at the most trending ones now medical fabrics used in the market are polyester and polypropylene fibers that 100% dominate in Health Industries.
